This great two-bedroom two-bathroom oceanfront condo is in the popular Atlantica Resort and a good choice for larger or extended family gatherings with plenty of room for up to eight guests. The unit has one queen-size bed, two double beds and a sleeper sofa. Tastefully decorated and well maintained, this corner condo offers fantastic views of the Atlantic coastline, from the common room as well from a private balcony. A full kitchen offers a coffee maker, a full-size refrigerator, built-in microwave, dishwasher, stove-oven, breakfast bar and all the cookware/dishware you will need during your stay. Also has an iron & ironing board & a hair dryer for your convenience. The resort offers free wifi throughout, oceanfront pool, indoor pool, a childrens pool and a lazy river. Just a half mile from the Myrtle Beach Convention Center, other nearby attractions include The Children’s Museum Of South Carolina, Coast line Sky Wheel, and Captain Hook’s Adventure Golf. A number of restaurants are in the area and the Broadway At the Beach entertainment complex is less than two miles away. Top favorite attraction there include Legends In Concert and the Grand Prix Raceway.Guest access
Guests have access to the entire suite, as well as all resort amenities. Guests have access to both Atlantica buildings. North tower is where the suite is, and has an outdoor pool. South tower is next to the North tower. The South tower has an indoor pool, indoor hot tub, outdoor lazy river, outdoor kiddie pool.Additional notes
All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check in by 4pm. Parking passes as well as pool wristbands (where required) will already be waiting for you in your suite. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls.Guest interaction
For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.
Upon check in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee. Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.
Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must me made by contacting us. The front desks will have none of your information and will not assist you.

-Check in is anytime after 4pm. Check out is 10am. Early check ins or late check outs are never a guarantee, but can sometimes be arranged for a small fee. Unauthorized early check in or late check out will result in an $100.00 fee.
-Pets are not allowed (Please message us to inquire about dog friendly suites.)
-Evidence of an unauthorized pet in the unit will result in an additional cleaning charge of $250.00.
-Only guests that are staying in the suite are allowed in the suite. Evidence of unauthorized guests in the unit will result in an additional charge of $100 per person per night. Please be sure to notify us if additional guests will be joining you.
-This is a non-smoking suite, balcony included. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning charge of $250.00.
-This is not a hotel room but a privately owned condo. Please leave it like you found it and respect this place.
-Please report any damages to your suite upon check-in. Any damages caused during your stay will be charged upon check-out.
-Per Resort Rules quiet time is 11pm-6am. Please be mindful of other resort guests. If resort rules are not followed, you may be asked to leave.
CANCELLATION POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:
-Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
-50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
-No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
