PLEASE READ AND ACCEPT RULES BEFORE BOOKING
- Must be 21 to book.
-Check in time is between 4pm and 10pm. Keycard required to get into building after 10pm. Our guests will not be able to check in if they arrive after 10pm.
-Check out is 10am.
-Early check ins or late check outs are never a guarantee, but can sometimes be arranged for a small fee. Unauthorized early check in or late check out will result in an $100.00 fee.
-You must register your vehicle and get your parking pass from front desk in the Registration building across Ocean Blvd, open 24/7.
Maximum of TWO Vehicles per suite are allowed.
-Pets are not allowed (Please message us to inquire about dog friendly suites.)
-Evidence of an unauthorized pet in the unit will result in an additional cleaning charge of $250.00.
-Only guests that are staying in the suite are allowed in the suite. Evidence of unauthorized guests in the unit will result in an additional charge of $100 per person per night. Please be sure to notify us if additional guests will be joining you.
-This is a non-smoking suite, balcony included. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning charge of $250.00.
-This is not a hotel room but a privately owned condo. Please leave it like you found it and respect this place.
-Please report any damages to your suite upon check-in. Any damages caused during your stay will be charged upon check-out.
-Per Resort Rules quiet time is 11pm-6am. Please be mindful of other resort guests. If resort rules are not followed, you may be asked to leave.

CANCELLATION POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:
-Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
-50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
-No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
