My place is located on the second floor of Landmark Resort with very easy access, no need to take stairs or the elevator. Access through the lobby or hallway on the side. It is perfect for family vacation or getaway with your friends.It features remodeled full kitchen with granite countertops, large flat screen TV in the bedroom as well as the living room. Resort offers great water amenities!

House Rules

PLEASE READ AND ACCEPT RULES BEFORE BOOKING
- Must be 21 to book.
-Check in is anytime after 4pm. Check out is 10am. Early check ins or late check outs are never a guarantee, but can sometimes be arranged for a small fee. Unauthorized early check in or late check out will result in an $100.00 fee.
-Pets are not allowed (Please message us to inquire about dog friendly suites.)
-Evidence of an unauthorized pet in the unit will result in an additional cleaning charge of $250.00.
-Only guests that are staying in the suite are allowed in the suite. Evidence of unauthorized guests in the unit will result in an additional charge of $100 per person per night. Please be sure to notify us if additional guests will be joining you.
-This is a non-smoking suite, balcony included. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning charge of $250.00.
-This is not a hotel room but a privately owned condo. Please leave it like you found it and respect this place.
-Please report any damages to your suite upon check-in. Any damages caused during your stay will be charged upon check-out.
-Per Resort Rules quiet time is 11pm-6am. Please be mindful of other resort guests. If resort rules are not followed, you may be asked to leave.

CANCELLATION POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:
-Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
-50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
-No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

The space
My place has just been renovated in January 2019. Fully painted, new wood looking floors installed, modern and stylish furniture added to change the look from the usual hotel condo to more modern and unique. It also features fully remodeled kitchen with granite countertops. There are two full size beds in the bedroom and another full size murphy bed in the living room to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Landmark Resort is well known for its amazing water amenities. There are numerous indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, indoor and outdoor lazy river, kids pool area, and more. Guests can use all the pool amenities located in the main Landmark Resort building, but not the ones across the Ocean Blvd by the garage building, as these are owned by third party company and not by the resort..
Guest access
Guests can access all Landmark Resort water amenities located in the main Landmark building, along with the fitness center.
Water area across the street from the building is not part of the resort, but owned by a third party company, therefore not accessible to our guests. Guests do not have access to restaurants/snack bars/Starbucks/game room/laundry room.
Additional notes
All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check in by 4pm. Parking passes as well as pool wristbands (where required) will already be waiting for you in your suite. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls.

For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.

Upon check in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee. Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.

Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must me made by contacting us. The front desks will have none of your information and will not assist you.

Neighborhood overview
Landmark Resort is located on 1501 S Ocean Blvd. There are many indoor and outdoor pools at the resort. Guests can use all the pool amenities located in the main Landmark Resort building, but not the ones across the Ocean Blvd by the garage building, as these are owned by third party company and not by the resort.
Getting around
The place is located only 4 minutes drive to the airport, 8 minutes away from Market Commons shopping/entertainment center, and 10-15 minutes away from Broadway at the Beach. There is Wal Mart grocery store within walking distance as well as some restaurants and shops.
