The ideal location for two couples or a family with two children to experience the Atlantic Ocean's splendor. From your balcony, you can watch the sea. Beaches and sunsets are two of my favorite things. How about a morning stroll along the beach? Is there anything else I can say?

In February 2020, this gorgeous private 1 bedroom suite was completely renovated. It has new living room furniture as well as wood-look ceramic tile floors in the kitchen and living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, ready to prepare a home-cooked meal. With a king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The master bedroom, as well as the living area, has breathtaking views of the ocean. There is a large balcony where you may unwind while listening to the waves.

Restricted breeds are: Rottweilers, Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Dobermans, Boxers, German Shepherds, Presa Canario, Akita, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Great Dane, Alaskan Malamute, Husky, and Chow Chows. All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there’s no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check in by 4pm.

Parking passes (2) will already be waiting for you in your suite.

All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls.

For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.

Upon check in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee.

Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.

Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must be made by contacting us. The front desks will have none of your information and will not assist you.

In the event of mandatory evacuation order for our area full refund will be issued. We will have no further liability regarding your reservation. In the event of inclement weather in other areas prohibiting guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, there will be no refund. We will have no liability with respect to the reservation. We recommend travelers purchase insurance, especially during the months with higher potential for inclement weather (e.g. hurricane season).
