The entire suite has been painted, new luxury wood looking vinyl floors installed throughout the entire suite. All furniture and decor has been replaced with brand new, modern pieces to ensure relaxing vacation with he luxury feel!

You will feel your every worry melt away with the ebbing of the tides as plush furnishings and an endless ocean view welcomes you into this stunning oceanfront suite. Amenities abound in this oceanfront gem. The chic, full-size kitchen comes fully equipped with pristine granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Sliding-glass-doors in the spacious master bedroom and the beautifully appointed living room flood the entire suite with an abundance of natural light while also allowing for easy access to the private, oceanfront balcony.

All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there’s no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check in by 4pm.

Parking passes (2) will already be waiting for you in your suite.

All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls.

For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.

Upon check in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee.

Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.

Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must be made by contacting us. The front desks will have none of your information and will not assist you.

In the event of mandatory evacuation order for our area full refund will be issued. We will have no further liability regarding your reservation. In the event of inclement weather in other areas prohibiting guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, there will be no refund. We will have no liability with respect to the reservation. We recommend travelers purchase insurance, especially during the months with higher potential for inclement weather (e.g. hurricane season).
